With an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, and high-temperature versions available up to 200°C (add HT), these quality connectors can withstand various environmental conditions. The connectors come in various configurations, accommodating 9 to 100 contacts. Signal pin contacts are made of C17200 Beryllium Copper per ASTM B194, while the Signal Socket Contacts are made of C21000 Brass Alloy per ASTM B36. The contact plating is .000050 Thk Gold per ASTM B488. The shell and insulator material are Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) per MIL-M-24519 GST-40F and the hardware is Passivated Stainless Steel Per MIL-DTL-83513/05.
