Ulti-Mate Connector LLC - Legal Entity Name Change

Dear valued customer:

Effective July 31, 2023, Ulti-Mate Connector LLC (“Ulti-Mate”) has been renamed to Winchester Interconnect Micro LLC with a d/b/a Winchester Interconnect. The legal entity will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Winchester and will maintain the same Federal EIN, UEI, DUNS, and CAGE codes.

Please update your ERP vendor names appropriately as POs received after 7/31 should show the renamed entity. Attached is the executed W-9 for the renamed legal entity. Please use this information to assist you in coordinating any necessary changes within your organization.
